Born in San Francisco to third generation Eurasian Filipino parents with a strong heritage in the textile industry. Raised in Singapore, Manila, London, Rome, New York, and Bali. Allen is a sustainable fashion designer, entrepreneur, and Davis United World Scholar with a BSc in Urban Planning from the College of Architecture, Art, and Planning at Cornell University and a MA in Fashion Futures from London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London. A frequent traveller, after three years of working for various start-ups and family owned fashion boutiques, he is currently the Creative Director and Founder of Bodies As Clothing, a 100% plant dyed natural fibre mens and womenswear clothing line. His brand has been featured in a number of  publications such as Architectural Digest. Allen believes that Fashion is one of society's most powerful tools to bring about cultural change, and that humans can be good for Earth. He is an expert when it comes to manufacturing sustainably in South East Asia.
